Dell touts the 7370 as its smallest 13-inch laptop to date, and there's no question it takes up no excess space. Measuring only 0.56 by 12 by 8.3 inches (HWD) and weighing less than 3 pounds, it's not something you'll easily notice in your briefcase. That's less true when the cover is closed and you can observe the striking lid, which sports a woven pattern and a deep-gray soft-touch finish that imparts an elegant but still-serious appeal.

Of particular note is the 13.3-inch InfinityEdge touch-screen display, which uses a minimum of bezel (0.05 inch at the sides, 0.14 inch at the top) to ensure a maximum of screen real estate beneath the Gorilla Glass coating. (The webcam is located, unusually, in the lower-left corner.) That's put to good use, too, with a sprawling 3,200-by-1,800 resolution; you're going to have plenty of space for arranging your work windows and enough pixels to guarantee sharp images when you need them.

The 7370 is designed for durability, too, starting with its aerospace-grade carbon fiber construction. It's also rated for resistance to altitude, temperature, humidity, shock, sand and dust, vibration, and drop, which should help guard it against most hazards you might encounter during a typical workday.
